Excellent bill! Resolves the issue of 90/10 where 10% of property owners had no say so over the seizure of their propertyfor private use; thereby, abusing their constitutionally protected property rights. Returning the use of eminent domain to its original purpose. Both issues, I have had serious concerns with other eminent domain bills.
