This is a good bill as anyone should be allowed to know their accuser's name. It aligns with the Bill of Rights sixth Amendment.Perhaps it will make some ideologies think twice about filing a complaint based on emotion, opinion,revenge, etc. instead of hard core fact. Years ago, Mary LaHay of the former Iowa voters for Companion Animals would file complaints on behalf of another.
