Rob Sand failed to appear to day to testify on Chief Justice Susan Larson Christensen planting her brother Jeff Larson to rig Polk County civil cases.Rob Sand also failed to produce Rep Holt's missing Iowa False Claims Act annual reports going back to 2017 detailing Iowa Code 13.7 embezzlement by Belin McCormick, a $177m tax fraud, all Iowa Code 13.11 settlement money that LSA claims is missing, and secret Wells Fargo loans to conceal Regent losses.Beyond an impeachment resolution on Sand for obstruction of justice today the House needs answers on his lies to LSA about the budget.

Attached is Rob Sand's subpoena.I was Michela Jens' source in her whistleblower complaint on Jail medical abuse covered up by the ICRC and Ombudsman which Rob Sand in turn concealed from the Iowa House.I suggest the House appropriate $1 to every county jail to uphold a uniform Iowa Medicaid pharmacy formulary. This will cure the coverup by the State Jail Inspector.I suggest the House appropriate funds for a House independent counsel to investigate Rob Sand.
