The good and the bad of this bill.Good. It addresses drones flying over agricultural property, at times distressing animals. Bad. Too bad it didn't include all properties involved in production/keeping of any species of animals. Allowing the surveilling by any gov't agency is quite concerning as it would be a violation of Amendment 4 of a person's right to be secure in their homes and person, effects.Perhaps an amendment to address privacy concerns?Passing bad to get good?Thank you.
