I wish to add my opposition to HSV 99. Insurance companies should have decision making latitude for breed specific decisions. This seems to me like a thinly veiled attempt by the pitbull lobby to make insurance companies cover, pitbull liability. I am the victim of a pitbull attack. I live very close to the Iowa border and travel, do business and shop in Iowa quite often. This is a bad idea for Iowa.
