SUPPORT. This bill would help improve vaccine safety and confidence. Given that death is listed as a potential adverse event post vaccination, it only makes sense. The current system is underutilized and inadequate. Tracking recent vaccination, along with other things given recently that are currently tracked, in needed.

I support this bill, as the safety of vaccines should be a top priority. One of the great ways to monitor for that safety is to collect additional data like this. There should not be an issue with collecting this data and am surprised it was not already collected. This is critically important data that could be used to save a little one's life in the future!

Support this Bill! Every possible cause of death should be considered, including medical procedures like vaccines. If we do not include this on death certificate the we can not see the amount of coralations. We should all want answers to why a child under 3 yrs died. Vaccines have side effects and could be the cause. This data could save many babies lives. Please do what's right by defending babies and supporting this Bill.

Support SF99This is a common sense piece of legislation that would improve the data set for unexpected deaths from birth to age 3. We should gather all possible information on these cases so as to improve our understanding of them and to potentially save lives.

I am in full support of this bill SF99 and am actually appalled to learn this is not already a law and that we dont naturally collect this information already. The sheer amount of time and probably lives that have been lost by NOT Collecting such simple data at death when we could have been collecting and plotting data set points to trace outcomes and see if anything alarming shows up or any consistencies present themselves where they shouldnt is really nothing short of abominable. How on earth could this be opposed by ANYONE!? Let alone a hospital!? Unless intentions are poor or they know something we need to know they dont want us to know. Administrative work to receive & track such data isnt even work its an important privilege to provide we are talking about infants and toddlers here as it relates to them receiving vaccines which are exempt from all safety liability and many combo shots untested. And purposefully so. OF COURSE we should be running our own death data against treatments administered prior to the deceased that are free from liability. Its imperative we know if there are trends here or no trends here. Otherwise it remains a guessing game. This BILL is called REAL SCIENCE and all weve heard for the last several years is to trust the sciencethis bill is asking for the ability to conduct science so we can attain said trustso no harm no foul. The only harm comes from NOT passing this bill.

I fully support this bill and ask that it be passed through and enacted into law. Gathering information and data is always wise.

The US is last among developed nations in high infant mortality despite having the largest vaccine schedule. Potential vaccine related deaths are not being investigated to their full potential.

Supoort. My neice passed away hours after a well baby check where she was declared to be in good health. She also received vaccines but our current protocol only asks what she ate and if she had any medications *other* than vaccines. Why are vaccines exempt from the question of what other pharmaceuticals they had? It seems an obvious oversight.

I support this bill. There should be no reason why we wouldn't capture this. It would be beneficial to either quell vaccine fears or help establish a vaccine link that we can't corroborate right now because we aren't collecting the right data. This should be a positive regardless of which side you fall on. If you're confident in your position, then why wouldn't you want all the evidence you can produce?
