I am not really sure why this bill is needed. It appears to give preferential treatment to unsuccessful bow hunters who have had months to fill their tag. Why would you do this and not give the same opportunity to gun hunters who were unable to fill their tags in a relative short number of days during one of the gun seasons. Let them all, both bow and gun hunters, purchase another tag if they want to hunt this season, or treat all equally. Thank you for your consideration of this comment.

A less convoluted,confusing way to allow crossbows would be to move HSB158 forward and allow crossbows during the late archery split. Which I support.
