I will gladly be forced to buy Ethanol or Biodiesel, when every farmer is REQUIRED to purchase Biodiesel and Ethanol for their farming operations. For an industry that doesn't like mandates and prefers selfregulation and voluntary compliance, the ag. industry is sure willing to put a mandate on the rest of Iowans. I asked my fuel dealer how much biodiesel he sells to the farmers in the counties he covers and his reply was zero. He doesn't even carry it because no one buys it or asks for it.
