I am lobbyist for United Methodist Church. We seek redemption and restroation. 1. Are there studies that indicate that longer periods of waiting produce better results?2. Why is there no difference for Tier 2 or Tier 3 juvenile offenders?3. Do the DOC Psychologists agree with these recommendations and if so why?I have a daughter who works for another state with sex offenders. She wonders why these times are being extended?
