1. Sec. 1(2)(a) Will code sections requiring posting in newspapers be repealed? Otherwise, newspaper posting may still be required with conflicting code sections. 2. Sec. 1(7) This bill creates a new code chapter but there is not a definition of electronic mail in this chapter or in sec. 4.1 which applies to the entire code.
