Ths is a good bill, especially in view of today's charged societal climate where civil discourse can quickly disintegrate, and 'revenge' ensues in effort to make another's life unpleasant. We have seen it in the animal world with false accusations. Example. Several years back over 600 phone complaints were lodged with the Taylor Cunty, IA sheriff regarding an animal producer. All within a week. An emergency 911 call was missed. The sheriff did say, one more call and harassment charges would be filed against any caller against that party. These false complaints against animal producers, many times are in effort to destroy credibility and business dealings. Been there.Sadly, the ideology of agreeing to disagree goes by the wayside.
