The Iowa Hospital Association is registered undecided on HF 413. We have reached out to several hospitals on this issue to find out more information and are not aware of any hospitals that have policies requiring a patient seeking a hysterectomy notify or have a spouse or partner sign off on the procedure before receiving the service.
