We fully support this bill as it provides clarifications which will help both landlords and tenants gain a better understanding of everyone's responsibilities regarding Assistance and Service Animals. In our opinion, neither the rental housing industry nor residents will gain special preference nor be disadvantaged as a result of passage of this bill. It appears to be fair and balanced for all parties.
