A bill for an act relating to the issuance and verification of, and the transfer of records concerning permits to carry weapons and the confidentiality of such records including the confidentiality of records for such permits and for permits to acquire pistols or revolvers, prohibiting fraudulent transfers of firearms and ammunition, providing for a fee and a penalty, and including effective date and applicability provisions.
