Corey Trucke [Ida County EMS]

This is excellent legislation. Our voters overwhelmingly approved 422D essential EMS, only to find out that 24% of what they voted for is being diverted to pay back preexisting bonds. This legislation would put money where the voters wanted it to go, allowing for more efficient EMS operations at a lower levy rate in the future.
