Respectfully, this bill will greatly limit resident outdoor opportunities and limit land purchase by new farmers and residents. How?:1. Drive up demand for timber and pasture that will be bought by NRs with deep pockets. Remember only 7% of Iowa land is timbered. 2. This will price out many new Iowa farmers and outdoorsmen as real estate prices will climb.3. The tax return filing can be filed by any nrlo who rents or receives crp money whether owning 5 or 5000 acres. This should not convey residency. Living in Iowa is an investment not a tax return. Please consider voting no. The residents of Iowa should be first. Nrlos are pursuing big antlers and dont care about the overall well being of the state. Jason Wick PhD 515 506 0770
