Hello,I'm in favor of this bill. As a farmer, who "retired", at the age of 32 after trying to take over as a 5th generation farmer, this bill, while not exclusively, would have helped prevent our farm's demise. There are many monopolistic tendencies across the agriculture industry, and this bill would have helped in one regard.
