Please advance HF2713. Along with many positive aspects, this bill would allow 4 year olds to attend private schools as part of the state program. In our community, the public school will not enter into an agreement to allow this. Thus, there is little choice for financially constrained parents to send their children to anywhere but public pre school. Thank you.
