This a good, common sense bill. When purchasing an animal from a rehoming business (shelter, rescue, etc.) on will need to read that contract carefully to see if they are granted full ownership or if it is merely a lease. Some entities have a clause that the business can pay a visit and if they don't like what they see, can take the animal back. That would be considered a lease. Perhaps some type of amendment clarifying if it is a sale with full ownership rights or a lease? Thank you.
