No thank you. The very best possible outcome of this bill will have the same effect as rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. Given that this state has one of the highest rates of cancer in the nation, if the good citizens of a city want a health board to help their local economy, it is not the state legislature's place to tell them no. No on SF 2342.
