The only problem with this bill is that it doesn't go far enough. The data from these cameras needs to be retained, by the contracting company, for as short a period as possible. Accessing it needs to require a warrant. And there should be strict limitations on how it's shared, with the decisions on that being made by the people of Iowa, not an outofstate corporation with a terrible track record of data safety.
