As someone who was identified as gifted and talented in my youth, was allowed to accelerate an entire grade, and had my life greatly improved by it, I wholeheartedly support this bill. My brain is concerned about the funding aspect, however, though that is something I am concerned about our public schools in general nowadays. Please pass SF 2220.
