No on SF 2263. This bill will allow even more firearms to be stolen, and used in the commission of crimes, which is an unnecessary risk. Please see https://everytownresearch.org/report/guntheftsfromcarsthelargestsourceofstolenguns2/ Furthermore, the claims of "selfdefense" fall apart when one considers that the primary use of firearms in these areas is to intimidates peaceful, lawabiding citizens.
