As a consumer who does not have the means to accurately inspect weights and measures myself, I am concerned by the proposed Section 215.1A para 1 and 3(b). Please strike them. For those committee members whose history lessons might be a touch hazy, I would like to remind them that a major impulse for the French Revolution and the development of the metric system was local landlords cheating on weights and measures. Please amend to strike those provisions, thank you.
