First and foremost why when looking at rewriting the law would you take away protections from people that are doing it correctly you want to strike 321.89 subsection 3 and take away our protections that clearly state that if we follow the law we can not be held liable and the non responding parties lose all claim title and interst?Also page four lines one through four you require the towing company to get a copy or proof of financial liability coverage provided we're not law enforcement so why should we have to do that also in Iowa you're allowed to have a bond to show financial responsibility why are you putting an extra step on the towing companies?3: why would you allow someone who has foregone claiming the vehicle in the time they are supposed to under Iowa law still have any right claim or interest to any money from the sale of the vehicle? It cant be both ways. I reserve right to ask furthe questuins during the zoom
