The SAVE program is for public benefits, not a catchall "are you a citizen?", and notably got corrupted when Elon Musk and his cronies screwed around with it in 2025, so it's no longer reliable even for the original intended purpose. None of which is relevant to being able to drive safely, or simply conveniently identify that you are who you say you are, citizen or not. Vote NO on this bill that will drive people out of our state and weaken our economy.
