260 funds have been essential to Dimensional Graphics Corp to strengthen our organization through Leadership Development training, Job Instruction (JI) training, and Business Strategy education. Leadership training has improved communication, accountability, and employee engagement, resulting in stronger retention and performance. It's helped grow the next generation of management to ensure business longevity in Iowa. JI training has standardized processes, reduced errors and waste, ensuring consistent quality and productivity. Business strategy training has enhanced our ability to make datadriven decisions, manage costs, and align operations with longterm growth goals. Together, these investments have increased efficiency, competitiveness, and workforce stability while supporting sustainable growth and longterm economic impact within the State of Iowa. Without the assistance of the 260 funds many of these trainings would have been unattainable.

Eliminating the 260job training program would be detrimental to my business. These funds are essential to keep my employees safe as well as complying with the multitude of compliance rules set forth by state and federal agencies. Being a small business that employs around 1012 people, having this program has been a real blessing. Small businesses do not have the luxury or ability to support large safety and HR compliance departments. We must rely on outside experts to assist in training therefore these funds much needed and welcomed. Please continue the 260 program and help business owners keep Iowans safe.

Economic growth comes from the bottom up, not the top down. The best way to grow our economy will be to make Iowa an attractive place to live, with clean water, good public schools, and excellent health care. Not this.
