Please consider that the previous commenter does not appear to be an Iowan citizen or resident, and that the organization mentioned appears to be a mouthpiece for organizations which seek to profit off of healthcare, instead of improving it. Our rural healthcare system needs help; I do not see how this bill is going to provide it in any meaningful fashion.
