No on SF 2388.The legislature's efforts would be better spent passing an appropriations bill that reflects the wishes of Iowans in a reasonable amount of time, instead of preparing for failure.Also, this particular wording makes me concerned that a malicious minority will be able to stick with, say, a FY 2025 budget in perpetuity, to the detriment of the state economy.
