Amend this so that it is only Division II, or vote No. Local entities in this state are looking like they need protection from the state.

Thank you for the Division I new section requiring drones be purchased only from the DHS approved vendor list. Learned from listening to a different drone bill that 90% of the drones used currently were made in china. This will begin the process of new purchases being a more secure product.
