The only part of this bill I remotely like is the sales tax holiday, and even that has the caveat that the state needs the money. We will be celebrating plenty without regulation demanding it; in particular, IPR is not going to need to be required to broadcast programming related to the 250th anniversary. Finally, I would recommend balancing the budget before building a new monument.
