AGAINST. Ah, yes! Less gun control. That's exactly what Iowans are asking for...not. You do know what "red flag" laws are for, don't you? If so, it seems like, by passing a bill that "does not enforce red flag laws in Iowa," you're deliberately putting more Iowans in danger. How can you not see that?
