No on HSB 275. I want the Iowa DNR to do its job, not provide a giveaway to the governor.

The concept of giving 40 nonresident deer hunting licenses to national and/or international nonprofits endangers the people. We have seen one NGO scandal after another unfold in recent years. The bill is a complete dereliction of your duty to safeguard the people. The governor does not need to give out the remaining 10. I have concerns that this bill violates Article 3, section 31 of the Iowa Constitution. HSB 275 has been renumbered multiple times. Why? What is behind its proposal in the first place? Who is writing all of these bills?
