Opposed. General education teachers, special education teachers, and school counselors already communicate accommodations at my school. This bill is overreach. Once again, this is a proposed bill designed to micromanage schools.

OPPOSED as is. Teachers in our school district are concerned with the time commitment required to fulfill this bill's goal without additional staff/resources, especially considering the continued underfunding of public education. Please consider this feedback when voting.

I strongly oppose this bill, HF 2306. This bill is overreaching. AS a teacher, I have attended my student's IEP meeting with all stakeholders in attendance.

I oppose this bill. Teachers are already given student IEP and 504 plans with the professional responsibility to read the information. If a staff member is not following the plan, it is administration responsibility to ensure that they are. This bill micromanages a system that is already in place.

I oppose as a mother of daughter with an IEP

As much as I don't like more regulation, I favor this bill. After 30 years of teaching, I have seen MANY teachers who don't bother to read them

I oppose this bill.

Im not sure why anyone would oppose this bill. Teachers need to know what a students accommodations are to ensure there are not breaches in following a students IEP. This is the best way to ensure the students safety, well being, and the highest potential for academic success. I fully support this bill as a mother of a child with an IEP!
