What may be a small 30 employee business today may be a 700 employee business tomorrow. Once a storage building goes in how can counties keep tract they are under 30 employees. The facility is already there, then what? The facility expands. The impact to the roads becomes huge. Allow regulation when the building is built for organized development. If we open the door to allow problemswe can't go back and fix them when they get out of control. We have control now so let's leave leave local control in charge.
