I fully support this bill this bill helps to protect all Iowans, regardless of what medical choices the chose. No person or government should be able to force a medical intervention into or on another person or their body. Medical mandates or vaccine mandates never allow for informed consent. All people should have the ability to be informed and be able to consent to any and all medical treatments they might chose. Employers, schools and government agencies are not doctors and should NOT be allowed to determine what is best for every individuals health, hiding behind the statement "public health crisis" does not change the fact that everyone should be allowed to make their own decisions. There are always risks to anything and never should the ability to accept or decline those risks be removed from a person.

A person should have the freedom of choice for any medical decisions without fear of retribution. Many of the currently coerced shots have proven to be more detrimental than preventive or beneficial. The coerced childhood over vaccination schedule has all the correlation of causation to many health and mental issues, ADHD, autism, allergies, the list goes on. Since no one else is responsible for our medical bills or any injury that vaccine might cause no government entity should have the right to mandate that I or my child should have to have them. If we have the freedom to decide everything else for ourselves, why do we not have the freedom to decide what goes into our bodies? Furthermore, if theres a risk of death for me or my child, why does anyone else get to decide for us what is best for our body medically? If no one can force me to have an abortion, or any other medical procedure, then I should not be forced to put anything into my body that I do not want.

Craig Johnson: Please support HF2368. I, along with many others, was fired from employment for not complying with covid mandates. Our Constitutional, Bill of Rights and God given rights should not be violated for our trust and faith in God to know He created our immune system perfectly, and when anything is injected into our bodies as a foreign object, our immune system is altered from Gods design trying to fight off that 'foreign object.' As a free people, it is our God given right to protect our property and personal privacy without coercion.

Similar legislation has already passed in states like Idaho and Montana and has been upheld in court, showing this approach is both reasonable and lawful. I support this bill because no entity should have the authority over my children or myself to force vaccinate. Especially with the proof coming out that they dont do testing and the rise of autism. Informed consent is a necessity and a right! And if I choose not to vaccinate it is just that! My choice! It is my body or my childrens body. I do believe this is part of the reason people are leaving the school system and starting to home school. Vaccines and indoctrination of our children needs to stop!

So, theres good reason another one will come theyve said so themselves. Article X in the constitution gives us protections against federal overreach. Vote NO!Vaccine requirements do not abide by the legal requirements for informed consent. When I speak to people about vaccines, they really do not have all the information to make an informed decision. All they tell me is that they are safe and effective and will protect their elderly relatives from contracting anything from them. Now, the proof states that is not accurate.The rights of conscience and/or religious beliefs are violated when medical products are mandated. At my job, I could do a religious exemption but still had to (chose to in order to keep my job) undergo the C testing every week. I know some were tested every day! I contracted C19 from the test itself. Immediately, I felt a STRONG TINGLE in my nose during the swab and within a few days began to feel ill. The following week, I tested positive for COVID and needed to stay home for 5 days. An employer, school, or government agency is not someones doctor, nor do they know what is best for every individuals health.

Please OPPOSE this bill, House File 2368.Modern health interventions (including vaccines, but also prophylaxis treatments and ppe) save lives and help prevent illness, longterm suffering, disability, and death. Vaccines work, their safety and efficacy have been long studied. Some people do have a legitimate medical contraindication for not receiving immunizations, they depend on those around them in their communities, schools, health care centers, and workplaces to keep them safe.This bill would prevent an establishment (business, school, health care center, etc) from refusing to serve, admit, or employ unvaccinated people (or people refusing other medical interventions as stated above). If an adult chooses not to get vaccinated, the establishment should be able to choose not to serve, admit, or employ as well.

Please support HF2368. This bill is needed in the state of Iowa. Why should Iowans be forced or coerced into a medical intervention without true, complete informed consent? As we learned with covid, it's all about control, manipulation, and fearmongering. Pharma and our government will do and say anything to gain more power, money and control over our lives. If the shots are SO safe and effective, why do pharmaceutical companies require immunity from liability (the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986) for these products? Most of the shots on today's childhood vaccine schedule have NEVER been tested against a true, saline placebo. Typically they are tested against an earlier version of the shot. This is not science. It's manipulation of data to get the desired result. We should all have the right to decide what is best for ourselves and our families when it comes to medical decisions. I fully support this bill!

Please vote YES on HF 2368. Medical decisions, particularly regarding vaccinations should be made between parents & their doctors, not mandated by the state. The current requirement forces parents to choose between their childs education &their conscience. I believe in bodily autonomy & trust Iowans to make their own health decisions. Vaccine ingredient lists, excipient lists & package inserts are the most important documents parents & all adults should research & read. There are no vaccine ingredients that actually promote & fortify health. No one's health or immune system benefits from the blood collected from unborn calf hearts of slaughtered pregnant cows nor immune system benefits from unborn human organs harvested for growth of vaccines. No parent would let a stranger walk up to their kid & inject them with something they dont understand & yet millions of Americans do just that. The Onesizefitsall medicine ignores individual risk & violates the principle of first do no harm.

I do not support this bill. As a healthcare worker I know the dangers of not immunizing and see it daily, and we are seeing it nationwide. The immunization programs that I grew up with are why my generation (gen X) doesnt have to deal with these diseases, but the generation that have been lax with this are beginning to feel the effects. I fully support this bill. More than that I hope we can include to not be mandated to force poison our dogs. The rabies vaccine mandate is absolutely ridiculous. Back when Pasteur lied with power and propaganda about this the word virus still meant nothing more than poison and there wasnt even an electron microscope to pretend to find what we now call a virus. Mercury and all the rest of the concoction is not something that you can force people to put in pets any longer. If people are going to pretend every dog has some fictional virus called rabies then find a way for those humans to get the poison we call vaccination that want to.

Please pass this bill. When we first started to hear about a potential mass casualty virus, I was one of the first people shopping in Carroll Iowa with mask. We went to great lengths to quarantine mail in ziplocks for 2 weeks. I did all the family shopping, and spent hours sanitizing everything before it came into the house. (With six children, and trips to Costco and Aldis, it was like not easy, but It was what I felt necessary with the information I had.) At tha point we didnt know what we were facing. As the weeks went on, and we started to learn the truth, we modified our strategy. As an healthy man in 40s, many situations did not require a mask. Iowans should be free to choose what or if we take vaccines, where we shop or go to church during disasters, or if we should or shouldnt gather in large groups. The governments power should be limited in scope. Ultimate power corrupts ultimately.

Government and NGOs have no business dictating ones health decisions.Proper testing has not been done and now after mandates and years later with still no proper testing the cdc/ nih admits adverse affects including heart issues.Fetal cell lines (hek) were used which was in complete violation of religious choice.Most vaccines do not stop transmission but in fact the shedding from vaccinated individuals cause adverse affects on others.Mandates violate bodily autonomy and sovereignty.Attached are documents showing the COVID blood money and crimes committed against humanity.

Nearly every agency requires an agreement to vaccinate which goes against medical freedom and dis allows people from adopting based on their beliefs about vaccinations, which is unAmerican and not in step with medical freedom. I support this bill. In 2021, my employers vaccine mandate forced me out of my 18yearlong career. I chose not to get vaccinated because I was uncomfortable with the risks associated with the covid vaccines and I am a healthy person who already had natural immunity from a covid infection. Leaving my career was incredibly stressful for myself and my family, but I had to prioritize my health and my principles over my job. Please pass this bill so no other Iowan ever has to make that choice. We have a right to informed consent and sovereignty over our own bodies.

I support this bill. Medical decisions need to be made on an individual basis, not one size fits all. I lost my job in 2021 because my Dr recommended that I not receive any more vaccines after childhood vaccine injury, but my job required the covid vaccine. (And Dr's risk losing their license if they write medical exemptions so I don't have one). We must allow individuals to make case by case decisions with their Dr's and protect citizens from their workplace practicing medicine and deciding unilaterally for them.

As a healthcare worker here in Iowa I see a need to draw firm lines in what my employer is able to require of me. We do not share a doctor patient relationship and yet they were able to tell me I was required to get an experimental medical product put into my body all while holding zero liability if something were to go wrong. There was a serious loss of trust and confidence a few years ago and very little has been done to assure Iowans that the complete disregard for their rights was the wrong move.the government and employers took on no risk and brushed people off when they were injured by a product they were coerced and threatened into taking.this should never be allowed to happen again.

When government or powerful institutions condition employment or civic life on compliance, consent becomes coercion.Iowa must value local liberty and personal responsibility.
