Vote YES On HSB 681This bill is necessary due to the inappropriate attire being worn to school today.

AGAINST. The verbiage says, "Appropriate for an educational setting. Presentable, promoting personal hygiene, neatness, and modesty." Who defines "appropriate?" Who defines "presentable?" It also says, "Clothing must be clean, in good repair." Does that mean that jeans with designed rips or intentional wear will be prohibited? This just seems like an unnecessary way for IA legislators to spend their time. If you want to help our kids, why don't you start with funding schools to keep up with inflation?
