Vote no on this bill. Licensing in this state doesn't have any glaring problems that I'm aware of; certainly none justifying this level of power grab. Licensees should be allowed have their home address and phone numbers confidential; the license is for business purposes, not private home ones. Accountants, architects, engineers and land surveyors, real estate brokers, real estate salespersons, real estate appraisers, landscape architects, and interior designers have no business being considered public healthrelated professions for purposes of licensing. Finally, as a scientist, "peer review" has a very specific meaning and has been extremely successful as a way to correct course when necessary. Replacing it with an "attest and compilation services review" sounds like both a terrible idea and something spewed out by a particularly incompetent AI, though the latter statement describes this whole bill.
