Please vote NO on SF 2069. This bill seems to be getting the cart before the horse. This is only needed after you know there will be a pipeline. I'm not sure the state should be the recipient of a tax on the CO2 sent. I'm the counties would be better as they will need to be helping additional EMS funding. Vote No on SF2069
