Private property should be allowed to determine whether they should be "smokefree" or not. If the patronage at the casino drops off and they get multiple complaints, then the market should drive the decision to not allow smoking, not more government regulations. Casinos use heavy duty filtration systems, wouldn't it be more appropriate to inspect those, like their kitchens are inspected? This is a personal property right and another infringement on our Constitutional Freedoms. Likewise, people are free to never step into a casino.
