Do not pass without removal of changing the auditor, treasurer and recorder to appointed positions from being elected county offices. This is too much consolidation of power!

I do not support Division XI of this bill (COUNTY OFFICERS APPOINTMENT IN LIEU OF ELECTION). I urge you to amend this bill to remove Division XI. This would remove the voices of the county residents through direct election of the county auditor, county treasurer and county recorder and place it in the hands of a few individuals. Think of it, you are supplanting the voices of thousands of people with a direct vote with the control of 3 5 individuals on the board of supervisors. This is very bad. PLEASE REMOVE DIVISION XI FROM THIS BILL or do not pass the bill!
