Why does this have to be run as if it were a federal racketeering scheme? A church has a federal waiver for religious use of peyote, and Iowa can't get one for a medical cannabis program? How does a church have greater protection than a sovereign state? The Medical Cannabidiol Board has been recommending Iowa get a federal waiver like the one a church has for peyote since 2019. The legislators just ignores them. This is disgusting. You're betraying the people who elected you. Do better!
