Don't make the mistake of kicking kids out of college.Situations in divorced families differ from others and federal law makes children in college dependents up to age 24.This is a bad bill looking for a problem that does not exist.Keep the statute but add common sense means testing so rogue judges can't issue unreasonable amounts, but removing this bill will kick my kids and many others out of college.
