I wanted to share some information regarding the definition of Pharmacy Deserts in SSB1207.The bill would define a pharmacy desert in a manner that would be inconsistent with what is used in the body of existing research in this area.In fact, the definition used is that areas more than 10 miles away from a pharmacy, in rural area, is considered a pharmacy desert. In suburban area it is defined as 3 miles, and in urban areas it is 1 mile.I have uploaded some recent research in this area.Thank you
