Please take a minute to skim Iowa Code 427.1 it is a monstrosity. Lets obey the boy scout rule and make it more tidy than we found it for too many sessions Ways and Means has rushed bills without cleaning up after itself.427.1(8) can have the reference to year 2016 removed.427.1(9) can have references to years 1965, 1967, and 1975 removed.427.1(19) can have references to years 1975 and 1994 removed.427.1(21A) can have reference to year 2007 removed.427.1(22) can have reference to year 1983 removed.
