ref HF 191 Dear committee members, I am a life time resident of Buena Vista county and serve on the republican central committee. Please pass this bill. The chemtrails have been more frequent the last 2 or 3 years, possibly because I have studied the sky closely after learning about them. 4 or 5 years ago and throuout my 50 years of farming, weather forcasts were an important daily planning tool. For years I was amazed at the prediction accuracy of rainfall events and the rainfall measurements. What I see the last 3 or 4 years when a decent rain event is predicted, the chemtrails are heavy and as the rain event approaches the rain amount allways gets lowered. Clear Skies Iowa has some good information on this issue. Let God handle the weather. Men are fools or demons to think they should manipulate weather. Thank You, Harlan Grau

Ive been watching the skies for at least 20 years and documenting the increasing amount of intentional aerosol injection of our atmosphere. When I first started speaking out about this, many people discounted my concern and blamed it on commercial air traffic engine condensation. Eventually, I was able to show people the difference between that and the intentional blanketing of our skies with who knows what combination of substances to attempt to block the sun, modify the weather with rain and wind and whatever other goals they have including the spread of pathogens. In the past five years, many scientific articles have been written by various organizations and news media acknowledging the stratospheric injection programs known as geoengineering. This has also been discussed in our United States Congress at great length, with federal legislation to fund it.None of us citizens have authorized this experiment that affects all of us humans, all of the animal life, as well as the air, land and water we depend on for survival. One only needs to watch the sky daily for 30 days, documenting what you observe from sun up to sun down in order to acknowledge the very real issue of Geoengineering. We need to stop this experimental practice over our Iowa skies to protect our people, animals and our air, water and land. The people of Iowa did not consent to this experiment. Make it stop.

Please pass HF 191. As Iowans, we deserve to live lives free of the poisons distributed in this practice. We want our state of Iowa to thrive for years to come, and this can only happen with your support of this bill. Residents living here in every community are facing health issues that are a direct result of the metals and chemicals included in this practice. Our people are suffering. Families. Young kids. No one is immune to this practice and we need to say no more.Our liberties and rights include waking up to blue skies that are naturally existing, not filled with chemicals and metals that are detrimental to our health now and in the future. Our air and land will not be preserved if this continues. Thank you for your support.

I support HF191. I am a cancer survivor and never want to live that nightmare again. As a freedom loving American I have never consented to the poisoning of my property or my family! My suspicion began when my beautiful garden has failed to thrive in the past few years! I also have been paying very close attention to the sky! I frequently take pictures of the bizarre cloud formations. Please vote to protect Iowans and our property.

Please pass this bill to keep our skies clear. As a doctor seeing patients in Ankeny, I can tell you Ive observed with my patients adverse health effects associated to times when there has been more chemtrail activity. This has been especially true of patients with autoimmune conditions and diagnosis of Lyme disease. This concern has not been adequately investigated and there is no understanding of the long term impacts on health. Please keep Iowans healthy!

It's time for Iowa to enact laws that protect the health of It's citizenry. While the legislature cannot and should not mandate personal choices of individuals, it does have an obligation to be putting forth legislation that benefits the overall health, wealth, and sustainability of the community at large. Real unbiased studies need to be performed to tease out all the reasons for the high cancer rates in Iowa.
