I am generally in agreement with this bill, however, I am unclear why investigational drugs and devices are limited to people who have life threatening illnesses. Perhaps if the investigational drugs or devices are used sooner than when an illness becomes a life and death situation, we could avoid the life and death situation. Please open this option to anyone who wants to obtain investigational drugs or devices.
