We support the passage of SF181. All forms of grooming and sexualization of innocent minor children must be stopped at a time when Iowas youth are being targeted by reprobates and perverts. In this case, the use of electronic means utilized as a way to proselyte and surreptitiously alter the normal thinking of children to accept the harmful and abnormal thinking of the transgender world. This bill merely blocks the electronic path used by those wanting to harm children. Thank you and please advance SF181.

PELLA PAC is absolutely in favor of SF181 our minors are targeted by tech with obscenity because it's highly addictive and makes them "slaves" to disgusting images and thoughts young, immature and curious children can't resist because the dopamine in their brains get a high from this. Many in our public schools and public libraries (especially) are determined to destroy our children's morals, scruples and character often lasting their entire lives. These electronic resources continue because they make a lot of money off the destruction of our children. Thank you for stopping this predatory attack on our kids!

I also support this bill. Until recently when they were exposed, every student in the Ames CSD was given automatic online access to the Ames Public Library, AEA, Iowa Library Association, American Library Association, all of which have no problem with providing sexually explicit material & violent material to our children. Its also an avenue to promote their radical ideologies. Why do we have R rated movies? Lets return to common sense. Thank you

Many schools are partnering with local libraries in a way that brings their sexually explicit, violent and racist material directly into the schools even to our youngest students. I have spoke with the directors of some of these libraries and all have acknowledged that that is what they do, and all have denied any responsibility for the damaging content they deliver. Clearly if we cant trust our teachers and public libraries to do the right thing, we have to have legislation that will. Here is a short video that clearly shows the rather shocking extent of the problem in the Ames Community: https://youtu.be/DewnVMN7Gc
