County health required proof of vaccination to gain entry to nursing home They said they could lose medicare funding if they didn't have proof of everyone having shots during covid years. The intrusion required people to get the shot or lie. Horrible.

Please support SF180. Its time Iowa stands for God and His laws. Man must not go beyond mans limitations and decisions against God.

Without liberty freedom doesnt exist. It is necessary that this is supported because it is the right thing to do.

Please support SF 180, this is a direct attack to our freedoms that we should have over our body and health. Please help move this forward.

You, nor anyone else, should have dominion over my body! My body belongs to me. Its absurd that I should have to sue in a court of law just to stop unwanted attacks on my own body. The Declaration of Independence was for our freedom. Please uphold our freedom from interference by any unwanted medical procedures.

While I was fortunate that my employer ultimately didn't require we take the vaccine, the stress that I and my coworkers felt while waiting for the decision was overwhelming. No one should have the right to force anyone to submit to a medical procedure against their will or require documentation to prove medical status or retain employment. Please support this legislation and keep Iowa the land of the free.

Support sf180. It should be up to individual to determine their needs medically. No one else should have that say. Following gods will to let your immune system work. Pass this bill on.

Body autonomy is a right given to me by God not government. No one should ever be forced or coerced to have medical procedures that they do not believe in, period. My body my choice!

Support! No one should be compelled to receive a medical product that carries risks, let alone is under emergency use authorization or Prep act authority.

Please protect our individual rights to decide what medical procedures are or are not performed on our bodies. I worked at a higher risk clinic during 2020 and suddenly I became unsafe in 2021 because I refused an experimental gene therapy injection. Ive never been treated so poorly in the 40 years that Ive worked as a nurse. Please ensure this doesnt happen again. Thank you!

No one should be discriminated against. it is cruel to force procedures, and or vaccinations to those that respectfully declined or do not need them or have beliefs that go against them as well. Please respect individual choices and healthcare. Iowans choices, and rights should be valued not ridiculed or taken away or forced.

Please support SF180. Medicine has never been a "one size fits all" approach because everyone is different. That's why studies are done on different ages and races. After many injected the Covid19 "vaccine", it was declared that it did not prevent Covid19. Then what is the purpose? I do know that that particular injection killed several of my family members and friends, and gave an 18 year old second cousin a heart attack. In 2016, the Supreme Court recently ruled that vaccines are unavoidably unsafe. Therefore, no person should ever have to be forced to take them if they do not want the risk involved. There should be informed consent before the injection of any substance. In 1946, we had the Neuremburg trials. Joseph Mengele had injected a substance into young womens ovaries. They also had forced lethal injections in euthanasia clinics. Much evil was done in our historical past and no one should ever be forced to take a medical service they do not want. Many people object to medical services because of religious reasons. Some people don't want vaccines that have aborted human fetuses in them. Some don't want the animals that were used in them. Others don't believe they should ever have a blood transfusion. For whatever reason, no one should be forced to do anything. There should be the right to refuse medical services for reason of conscience. The PREP Act gave a shield of immunity to all who gave the EUA "vaccines." I personally know of no one that was ever compensated for their permanent loss. The medical costs of damage were all placed on the recipient of the vaccine. EUA products are not licensed and are experimental. As in the Neuremburg trials, no one should be forced to take these injections. I know of nursing homes that required their patients to be injected. But they weren't the only ones. With 1,658,330 adverse events listed in VAERS from the Covid vaccine alone, why would anyone think it is a good idea to force inject this on anyone unless they had intentions like Joseph Mengele?Today, the CDC website lists myocarditis and pericarditis,Thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome, Anaphylaxis, and GuillainBarre syndrome as adverse events from the Covid19 vaccine. Seriously? That was put on the childhood schedule of vaccines. It is imperative that anyone should be able to refuse medical services! No one should be forced to inject anything unavoidably unsafe (as the Supreme Court ruled) into their bodies. If people want to elect to do so, that is their right. But no one should be forced.

I strongly support SF180 because no Iowan should be coerced into taking an emergencyauthorized medical product under threat of job loss, segregation, or discrimination. Thousands of Iowans lost their jobs for standing by their convictions, religious exemptions were denied, and civil rights were violated. Coercion is not consent. We have seen firsthand the devastating impact of these policies in Iowa and where there is risk, there must always be a choice.SF180 ensures that no Iowan is ever forced to choose between their conscience and their livelihood. I urge legislators to stand for medical freedom and pass SF180 to protect the rights of Iowans and prevent this from ever happening again.

Its time to get back to God and honor those workers who follow the word of God when making decisions about their healthcare.

Please advance this bill. It should also be illegal to discriminate based on whether someone has been injected or not. I was prohibited from entering my office or going to any workplace activities during covid because I didn't get the shot. Extremely isolating and discriminatory. Also, unvaccinated employees at UI healthcare are forced to wear a mask. How am I supposed to trust they will care for me when they treat their unvaccinated coworkers as second class? It doesn't even make sense, scientifically, to do this so I have no faith in the entire institution or their work.

Please pass SF180. There should never be a circumstance in which an American is forced to use or take an experimental product to participate in society. Read the Nuremberg code.

I am asking you to support this bill and advance it. It is unethical to be compelled to receive any medical product, especially in cases where there is no liability for manufacturers to be held accountable for injuries. EUA products are unlicensed and experimental or licensed by the FDA for a specific purpose but still experimental according to Federal law. https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?hl=false&edition=prelim&req=granuleid%3AUSCprelimtitle21section360bbb3&num=0&saved=%7CZ3JhbnVsZWlkOlVTQy1wcmVsaW0tdGl0bGUyMS1zZWN0aW9uMzYwYmJiLTNh%7C%7C%7C0%7Cfalse%7Cprelim

Please support SF 180. The right to refuse particular medical services without the fear of repercussion is critical to the freedom of Iowans. I strongly support this bill.

No person should be forced or coerced into accepting anything upon their body... Medical or otherwise. In my opinion that's akin to assault or slavery. Reminds me why the Nuremberg code was written. If Iowa has not adopted these values, then Iowans are not a free people. Please SUPPORT SF180

We absolutely need to pass SF180. We have to be proactive by enacting legislation that protects the medical freedom of our citizens. The events we all endured during 20202023 should make it obvious we cannot allow unelected officials and organizations to dictate medical decisions. Having witnessed the traumatic effects of the lockdowns and shot mandates on the nursing home residents and staff, we can never let that happen again.

Please support this bill. Citizens are now justified in being very skeptical of any treatment or vaccine that public health says is critical. In a free country, nothing like this should have ever been allowed to be required. Correct that mistake please.

Support this bill. Im a healthcare worker who worked through the COVID pandemic. I don't think the amount of trust lost in the medical community or our government is enough for what was forced on us as individuals. This bill while too little too late for many is still a step in the right direction.
