Please advance SF 128. We are in favor. This is essential for full disclosure of possible cause of death in a child under 3 years of age

I am absolutely in favor of SF128. I have had relatives suffer from vaccine damage shortly after receiving a vaccine. I also know of some that have died shortly after a vaccine. The U.S. has a higher infant death rate than other nations. We need to research why that is. After all, does not "science" do that? Why are we only asking for what they last ate? Research shows that less than 1% of adverse events following a vaccine are ever reported to the FDA. We need to be more diligent in research to understand why our nation has the highest rates of infant mortality. Iowa needs to be a leader.

Our children's health is at stake. All data must be available to study why too many are sick and dying. I support the bill SF128 to provide full disclosure. As a grandmother of 8, my concern is for them and all children, for our future.

Greeting,Over 70% of SIDS deaths occur within 72 hours of a well baby visit where the child had shots. It's time to stop putting vaccines on a pedestal that they are untouchable and we don't dare question them. A 2010 supreme court decision states that vaccines are unavoidably unsafe. Tax payers have paid out over $5 billion for vaccine injuries. Please for the health of Iowa children, pass this bill.Thank you, Lori

I am in support of SF 128. According to the vaccine package inserts, death is a reported adverse event for children. If we are truly concerned with getting to the bottom of why we have such a high infant mortality rate in our nation, then why wouldn't we include this information on the medical examiner report? If what the child ate is important enough to ask, then surely any medications or vaccines they have been given would be equally as important. Please pass this bill so that parents can have true informed consent when considering the pros and cons to each immunization.

Please support this Bill. Unless someone is trying to hide the true reason for babies dying, then we should have all the information on report related to the child right around the time of death. We need to know what is killing our babies. This is a common sense Bill that for the sake of truth and transparency must be passed.

I am in full support of this. We need the data, to provide facts on what is going on. Don't let someone scare you off from collecting good data.

Please support SF128 and vote yes. When a child dies suddenly and unexpectedly we must determine why. It only makes sense to consider all potential factors including any medicine and vaccines administered recently. This bill would help build a data set that could provide information to help save Iowans lives. There is no good or logical reason to exclude the vaccines from the form.

This is crucial information to be able to track any potential health risks associated with the childhood vaccination schedule. If theres any trend of correlation it should be investigated for causation.

Please support this bill. The US is last among all developed nations for its high infant mortality rate. Death is a reported adverse event for every childhood vaccine according to the package inserts and awards from the Vaccine injury compensation program.
